Management Buy In Of Clearswift Specialist Products Division

A management team has bought the Clearswift Specialist Products Division which will trade as Deep Secure Ltd.
The management team, which includes members of the management team that saw the successful sale of Boldon James to QinetiQ, secured £3.5M in venture capital from YFM Capital Group to fund the deal.
Deep Secure Ltd will offer high assurance policy-based solutions for messaging and directory services together with STANAG 4406 compliant military messaging components.
